Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the Products indicated by you and it is not binding with us until we have notified you that your order has been accepted. All communications are made by us until your order is accepted by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if Products are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, Tallulah Lingerie shall not be obliged to sell you those products.
Each order will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® for next day and can be tracked. The Charge is a flat rate of £8.00. Please note that we deliver from confirmation of dispatch not from placement of your order.
All of our items come beautifully gift wrapped in tissue paper and satin bows.
As a result of the UK leaving the EU, all orders going to an EU country are now subject to additional VAT and import handling charges. The amount depends on which country you are in. Delivery costs for the rest of the world will vary due to weight & destination. Please note that all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Please email tallulah@tallulah-lingerie.co.uk prior to ordering for a quotation of delivery costs.
Please allow for up to 5 weeks for bespoke knickers to be delivered. And 8 weeks for Christine silk gown bespoke orders. We will be in contact with you either by phone or by email to notify you before we ship your order.
Due to hygienic reasons we cannot do any returns on our knickers or pearl thongs.
Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receipt of original purchase.
To request a return please email tallulah@tallulah-lingerie.co.uk with your reason for return, name and telephone number and a Returns Authorisation Number will be sent out to you. Please note, that Returns will not be processed without a Return Authorisation number.
Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Tallulah will not be held responsible for any parcels that may go missing. We do not refund postage for items that are sent back for exchange unless there may be a fault on our behalf. Merchandise must not of been worn, altered or washed- they must be returned to us in original perfect condition.
Please allow for 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Rest of the World) for exchanges, credit notes or refunds to be sent out to you.
